Lola is the Director of Talent & Culture for Founders Factory Africa, overseeing people management, talent development and culture. She’s responsible for building a high-performance driven team and culture for Founders Factory Africa and the ventures in its portfolio. She works closely with the founding entrepreneurs and supports them in their journey to scale. She is passionate about connecting the link between purpose and skills to support successful career development.
Prior to joining Founders Factory Africa, Lola founded Resource Africa Group, a career platform that connected Africans at home and in the diaspora with leadership opportunities across the continent. She has worked with some of the continent's most exciting startups and corporates including Jumia Group, Travel Start, Barclays Absa, Andela, and more.
Lola graduated from New York University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and also completed an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School London.
