We’re building a team of operators in New York to spearhead our studio and accelerator programs for our founders.
Our bespoke programs are built for operators, by operators. In addition to funding, we roll up our sleeves to help our portfolio teams with everything spanning from product design to strategic scale opportunities. This is why we’re looking for people who want to be hands-on and have a big impact on the startups we work with.
You’ll be working with George and Maya.
George Northcott is one of our co-founders and leading our expansion in the US, after four years of building Founders Factory in London, Johannesburg and Paris.
Maya Baratz Jordan is our CEO in New York. Maya was most recently Managing Director of the Comcast NBCUniversal Techstars program. She has a deep operational background, having taken on product leadership roles at organizations including Disney’s ABC Television, The Wall Street Journal, and Flickr.

The Programs.
We run two core programs for our founders: Our studio program, through which we partner with founders to build startups from scratch, and our accelerator program, through which we invest in existing startups to accelerate their growth.
Studio Program.
- Originate and build a startup with our team and partners.
- We provide our studio founders with $200k in capital and 12 months of bespoke support.
- We are constantly analyzing problems, and looking for the right founders to turn these concepts into fully-fledged companies.

Accelerator Program.
- Work with our team and partners to go further, faster.
- We invest $100k and provide a tailored 6 month program of bespoke support.
- We structure the deal as a SAFE and take 4%-7% equity, depending on the startup’s current valuation.
