Guider is on the hunt for an Account Executive to join our exciting, dynamic team. This is a role for a determined and ambitious individual, who is motivated by the unparalleled upside of joining a company at our stage. Why? Because you will be our first (of many) dedicated AE's at a point where Guider has reached product-market-fit and as such perfectly positioned to ride the wave, grow with the company and build a Rockstar Sales team under you. The role will give you the opportunity to rapidly accelerate your career into a Sales Director position, while developing strategic and marketing skills, whilst working alongside the CEO and Marketing team.

Your primary focus will be to drive sales for Guider. While receiving leads, you will also be resourceful in creating new opportunities. You be mostly conducting face-to-face meetings, demoing the platform and following up with proposals, through to closing the deal. You will attend events and work in partnership with the sales and marketing team. You will get exposure to all aspects of the business including product development. The key stakeholders will be C-Levels, HR and L&D (Learning and Development) leaders.
You will be an entrepreneurial self starter
Proven sales experience in consistently exceeding targets.
Software sales experience.
Keen to work for a start-up and fast growing company.
An outstanding communicator, with great written skills.
Determined, but consultative approach.
Ambitious and keen to learn new skills.
Target driven, competitive.

Nice to have.
Experience in (or selling to) the HR and/or L&D Industry.
