    About the role and responsibilities:

    About the role: We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic and experienced Business Development Assistant to join our team. Working directly with the CEO, COO and Head of Sales, you will assist in all things business development and sales. For business development that could include marketing, supporting the recruitment process or event support. For sales, that could include requirements gathering, proposal creation, prospecting, reading annual reports, etc. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to try something new, comfortable in chaos and confident enough to know the boundaries of their own knowledge.

    Required skills:

    • Experience working in an early stage startup or small business
    • A track record of being highly organised, managing your own diary and task list
    • A high attention to detail
    • A track record of contributing to successfully delivered projects
    • Experience working within a commercial environment with many stakeholders/third parties
    • Demonstrable ability to earn trust in combination with exceptional communication skills
    • You are professionally comfortable with the concept of change and working in a dynamic environment

    Desirable bonus skills:

    • Experience in management/strategy consultancy
    • End-to-end sales experience
    • Understanding of engineering design processes and CAE tools
    • Experience with SaaS business models
