    Monolith AI are a fast-growing London based Software startup, we are changing the way Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial companies design, engineer and test their products. 

    We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. Working directly with the COO and Head of Sales, you will assist in all things business development and sales. For business development that will include outbound marketing and event support. For sales, that will include generating new sales contacts and leads, customer requirements gathering, proposal creation, prospecting and researching potential customers. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to try something new, comfortable in a fast-moving environment and confident enough to know the boundaries of their knowledge with a desire to grow.

    Required skills:

    • Experience working in an early stage startup or small business
    • A track record of being highly organised, managing your own diary and task list
    • A high attention to detail, with an inquisitive nature to find new leads and uncover new opportunities
    • Team working, with a track record of contributing to successfully delivered projects
    • Experience working within a commercial environment with many stakeholders/third parties
    • Demonstrable ability to earn trust in combination with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
    • Being professionally comfortable with the concept of change, working in a dynamic environment and providing constructive feedback to management

    Desirable bonus skills:

    • IT literate with a good understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM
    • Experience in management/strategy consultancy
    • End-to-end sales experience in any discipline 
    • A technical background or an ability to understand the concepts of  engineering design processes and CAE tools
    • Experience with Software or SaaS business models 
    • Relationship building skills, being good at networking and building trust with people
