    UK Commercial Lead

    We are looking for an experienced sales person to become our UK Commercial Lead. 
    You will be leading the efforts to find, develop and close deals in the employee benefits and insurance space in the UK, helping the CEO to create more revenues and hit the financial targets in one of the most exciting and innovative companies in the HealthTech space. 
    Furthermore, you will also be responsible for managing the accounts of clients you have closed and to nurture the relationship with key stakeholders. 
    Our ideal candidate is a powerful salesperson, smart, yet social individual, who has no problem approaching new customers and explaining our value-add in a clear yet convincing manner. In the same time, you understand the market and the clients' needs as well as our capabilities. As a key "go-between" our team and the clients you play a strong pedagogic role to clarify and explain the match between our solution strengths and the client pain points.

    Tasks

    • Your main responsibility is to find, develop and close contracts with new clients in the UK employee benefits and insurance market
    • You will partly be responsible for managing the relations of the deals you have closed after they are signed.
    • You are responsible for ensuring the voice of clients are heard and the feedback directed to our Product team
    • You will be partly involved in the product creation as you will represent the input of the clients you manage
    • Lead the creation of pragmatic, prioritised, actionable roadmap on how to increase revenues

    Your experience

    • Experience in sales with a good network in either insurance or HR (preferably both)
    • 3+ years of sales and account management experience, with some of that experience gained in the area of B2B solutions and consumer mobile applications.
    • A proven track record of selling and managing large clients for (preferably) Tech startups
    • You have a solid sales skill set but you are familiar with mathematical and statical topics ideally in the medical or health prevention area.

    • Driven by finding the root cause of any issue, rather putting a patch over them, with sound judgment and problem-solving ability at all levels. Comfortable making decisions and taking risks where necessary. You are also at ease doing the go-between tech teams and clients contacts, to deliver the best client experience with the support of the tech team.
