    We are looking for two doctors to join the Clinical Team at MedShr – the world’s leading clinical case discussion platform.  This is an ideal role for someone looking to make the transition for clinical medicine to digital health.

    Job description

    MedShr is looking for self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic junior doctors to join the team as Clinical Managers and Advisors. You will work with the Community Lead and Partnerships Director to lead member engagement and clinical content and manage member communications at MedShr. The role includes support for commercial and educational partnerships and you will be the in-house voice for clinical advice and review.

    The role offers training and experience in business development and digital health technology. Whilst we help to nurture your talent, you get to help improve healthcare and save lives!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engagement and content

    • Manage the MedShr Editorial Program and Student Ambassador Scheme
    • Support in the curation and management of clinical content 
    • Pitch and engage doctors in MedShr at meetings, events, on calls and via email, and social media 

    • Communications

    • Manage clinical communications with MedShr members by specialty, e.g. push notifications and newsletters

    • Partnerships and business development

    • Support the partnerships team in defining objectives and creating proposals for current and future partners
    • Support partnership delivery, from clinical content curation and moderation to writing thematic reports on case discussions for partners

    • Clinical advice and review

    • Clinical review of medical communications, including for marketing, social media and partnerships
    • Manage the MedShr CPD accreditation process 

    Successful candidates will

    • Be a qualified (MBBS or equivalent) doctor who has confidence across the full spectrum of medical specialties to at least Foundation Level competency
    • Be proactive and flexible, ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment 
    • Be self-motivated and driven to constantly improve and optimise content and engagement strategy
    • Be organised and capable of effectively prioritising workload
    • Demonstrate critical thinking needed to create content and manage a diverse range of responsibilities with accuracy and creativity
    • Have highly developed analytical skills

    You will be based in our Central London office, working side by side with our Marketing, Partnerships and Community Team
