    MedShr is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic community executives to join the team to support and engage our growing online community of medical professionals and students. You will be responsible for facilitating conversations, connecting with our members, marketing, managing content creation and communications.

    The role is focused on community and account management, communications and marketing. This is a rare opportunity to join a startup in an exciting growth phase, learn about all the inner workings of a disruptive young company, and have the opportunity to contribute from day 1 in the role. You will be a driving force to improve healthcare and save lives!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Be the voice of the MedShr community and foster conversations between members on and off the platform
    • Develop community contact, engagement and influencer plans before actioning themEngage with members on and off platform, including marketing and moderating groups
    • Drive Q&A with members around service improvements, questions and ”how-tos”
    • Conduct surveys, research and feedback from the community on key topics
    • Build close relationships between the MedShr team, top influencers in the medicine and MedShr members
    • Ensure all MedShr standards, policies and community behaviours are observed and followed on the platform
    • Regularly deliver reports on engagement metrics across channels and put in place actionable plans to improve key performance metrics
    • Support the Community Team in delivering on commercial partnerships
    • Quickly develop skills and capabilities to specialise within the team on: community and account management, communications, marketing or partnership delivery

    Successful candidates will

    • Be educated to university degree level
    • Have 0-3 years post graduate experience in a relevant role
    • Be extremely organized, adaptable and capable of effectively prioritizing workload
    • Demonstrate critical thinking needed to improve metrics and processes
    • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skillsHave highly developed analytical skills
    • Have knowledge of clinical/medical language or the ability to learn it
    • Advanced excel, SQL or design skills are a plus

    You will be based in our London office near Hammersmith.
