    We are looking for a Community Team Lead at MedShr – the world’s leading clinical case discussion platform.  This is an ideal role for someone looking to manage a cross-functional team in healthcare or education.  

    Job description

    MedShr is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with community management, digital product support, partnership account management and marketing campaign experience to lead MedShr’s Community Team. You will work with the Community Team, Product Team and Partnerships Team to plan campaigns and deliver results for commercial partners and coordinate activities across functions. The role also includes delivering process improvements across functions, and providing product support, design outputs and data analysis. The right candidate will deliver compelling results to MedShr’s commercial partners and report directly to MedShr senior management. The role offers a substantial position in a fast-growing start-up.     Key Responsibilities - Community Team Management

    • Lead and manage the Community Executives
    • Onboard new team members into the Community and Clinical Teams
    • Have detailed knowledge of the MedShr product and processes
    • Develop and coordinate campaigns to promote new features and content on MedShr to members and non-members across platforms with the Marketing, Community and Clinical Teams

    Key Responsibilities - Partnerships and Account Management

    • Plan the execution of tailored partnerships campaigns, including defining internal objectives and executing on the plans with other members of the Community Team
    • Lead on all aspects of partnership delivery, from launch to ongoing management
    • Provide and develop creatives and asset packs for partners – using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Sketch
    • Curate and improve engagement reports for commercial partners
    • Support the Partnerships Team with proposals for current and future partners

    Key Responsibilities - Product Development

    • Have close interaction with product development, testing and QA
    • Be the interface between MedShr members and the Product Lead about product improvements
    • Collate user-feedback and evaluate success of product releases
    • Raise tickets suggesting improvements to and pinpointing issues with MedShr app, web platform and admin consoles (e.g. mailers, analytics, data reports and exports, push notification architecture, etc)
    • Support product testing and releases

    Key Responsibilities - Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Provide member segmentation and analysis to inform marketing decisions, product releases and for reporting back to partners and senior management
    • Analyse member engagement regularly and propose improvements that can be actioned
    • Support and review of Community Team members’ analysis, reports and proposed actions (e.g. on push notifications, email and social media marketing campaigns)
    • Use technical programmes, including Excel, BigQuery/SQL, Mixpanel and Google Analytics to analyse data and propose actions

    Successful candidates will

    • Be educated to degree level with a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in a relevant roleHave experience leading, managing and coordinating teams
    • Have experience working across functions (communications, community, marketing, product, account management and commercial delivery)
    • Take the initiative to execute and optimize business processes across functionsBe extremely organized, adaptable and capable of effectively prioritizing workload
    • Demonstrate critical thinking needed to improve processes and partnership delivery
    • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Have highly developed analytical skills
    Key Skills:
    Programme management, client management, data analysis and analytical skills, highly competent using Excel, SQL highly desirable, presentation skills, critical thinking, research competence, comfort with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Sketch.
