    MedShr is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting to the CEO & COO, the successful candidate will be a critical role that will shape the success of MedShr as it continues to scale globally.

    We are seeking a hands-on, passionate marketer with experience leading end-to-end strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users. The ideal candidate should be well on their way to having extensive knowledge of digital and mobile marketing, product management, web and app analytics, and conversion optimization. We are seeking someone who is comfortable in a dynamic data-driven startup environment. They must not only have the ability to formulate a strategic vision, but also to get right in the trenches and execute on tactics. Most of all, they must be a reliable, driven team player with an unrelenting desire to win.

    • Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end with limited supervision
    • Manage social media, paid performance marketing and inbound marketing
    • Help monitor & improve performance of all marketing channels, including but not limited to Facebook & Google
    • Optimize against key metrics, including CPC, CPA, CTR, open rates, CPL etc
    • Maintain brand and channel standards with stellar attention to detail
    • Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations on building the internal paid and unpaid marketing stack and toolkit
    • Evolving re-engagement and churn reduction strategies
    • Championing initiatives that aim to bolster overall health of the platform
    • Developing and refining the acquisition strategy to drive new user growth
    • Collaborating with various functions across the company, including communications, community, business development, product and engineering
    • Ongoing planning, forecasting, and accountability for marketing budget and performance

    Successful candidates will:

    • 2 years + experience executing paid marketing campaigns on Facebook & Google
    • Be proactive, flexible and ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment
    • Be self-motivated and driven to constantly improve and optimise the quality of the
    • paid and non-paid marketing funnel
    • Demonstrate critical thinking needed to create content and marketing materials that
    • appeal to a highly specialized doctor audience
    • Highly developed analytical, communication and copywriting skills
    • Be capable of effectively prioritising workload
    Key Skills:
    Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, ASO, ASM, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mixpanel, Content Marketing, SEO, (SQL and Big Query are a plus)
