    We’re an early-stage startup built around finding the most exciting things going on in a city, from unique and independent venues to underground art exhibitions. We only feature venues and places we think are worth visiting, and when we do feature a venue it’s because we love it. As a result, we’re quickly becoming the authority on where to go and what to do in cities around the world. NAVA is all about telling the story of a city from the perspective of those within it whilst supporting the local businesses that make a community special.

    We’re a young, diverse and open minded team and we’re always on the lookout for people to join our journey.     The Role

    • Plan and execute growth marketing efforts
    • Drive customer acquisition through tactical execution of organic and paid channels (including Search, Social, Display and Email).
    • Work closely with our head of product and content team to iterate on audience hypotheses, propositions and creatives
    • Work on the product side of the business to optimise user experiences and conversion funnels
    • Scope and implement best practices for SEO and ASO for mobile
    • Work closely with executive team, supporting all facets of digital marketing and growth
    • Implement effective CRM alongside content team for building relationships with venues


    • 3+ years experience in digital marketing
    • Previous experience working on consumer-facing mobile product
    • Previous experience in a startup
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with founders, investors and partners
    • Degree in business, marketing, economics or related discipline
    • Ability to lead and manage a growing marketing team
