    Entale is an exciting new way to listen to your favourite podcasts.  Through the use of advanced AI and a cutting-edge publisher platform, we dynamically show listeners pictures, links, articles, social media posts and other relevant and engaging content that means they can delve deeper into their favourite stories as they listen via our mobile app.

    As a venture-funded startup, we are out to disrupt the world of podcasting, by bringing this experience to as many listeners and as many podcasts as possible.  This year we were excited to win a Webby Award for Best Visual Design in a mobile app - an example of how we're shaking up the world of audio!

    We are seeking a hands-on, passionate leader with experience creating end-to-end strategies to acquire, engage, and retain listeners, with a goal to grow the overall user base of the Entale app.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of digital and mobile marketing, analytics and optimisation, as well as media planning across new and traditional platforms.

    We are seeking someone who is comfortable in a dynamic data-driven startup environment. They must not only have the ability to formulate a strategic vision, but also to get their hands dirty and lead tactical execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Full ownership of the customer marketing funnel, from brand awareness through to acquisition, retention and referral.
    • Plan and execute the user acquisition strategy - owning the marketing budget and optimising CLTV : CAC across all channels.
    • Drive customer acquisition through execution of organic and paid channels including:
    • Social / Search / PPC
    • Influencer content
    • Podcast sponsorship
    • Non-digital strategies including Out of Home
    • Work with the Product and Engineering teams to design and optimise user experiences, conversion funnels and organic network effects
    • Work with the Publisher and Partnerships team to target and optimise spend on original content commissioning
    • Design re-engagement and churn reduction strategies

    Requirements

    • 4+ years in digital marketing
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Entrepreneurial attitude
    • Expert knowledge of key digital marketing platforms
    • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
    • Superior analytical skills
    • Experience with consumer mobile apps a plus
    • Must be a podcast listener!
