    Honest Health is a direct-to-consumer healthcare start-up with a mission to make prescription-strength wellness treatments accessible to everyone. We’re backed by the UK’s first and largest compounding pharmacy, which allows us to offer products that are personalised. We have a unique opportunity to democratise access to a range of exciting treatments, which are currently only available via expensive, poorly-run private medical clinics and spas. 

    Our first brand is Freshman (getfreshman.com), a digital platform offering compounded, prescription-strength solutions for men’s hair loss. But that’s just the beginning.

    The Head of Growth is a critical addition to the team, working closely with the founding team at Honest Health to build and execute a growth strategy across paid, earned, and organic campaigns for a new suite of products under a brand new vertical. This is a unique opportunity to be part of essentially a new start-up from Day 0. 


    • Own all paid and organic marketing channels, focusing on efficiency and MoM member growth
    • Build a community platform and social strategy to engage and learn from existing and potential members
    • Manage performance marketing P&L and optimise daily media spend based on well-reasoned and data-driven attribution
    • Continually analyse performance and recommend strategic and tactical changes to drive ROI
    • Build creative tests around new product features, placements, landing pages and audiences to optimise conversion 
    • Drive improvements in churn reduction and re-engagement
    • Build and scale a best-in-class marketing team


    • Strong growth marketing experience in a B2C setting
    • Have previously built a successful consumer brand - DTC experience a bonus
    • Tested and implemented an omni-channel marketing strategy
    • Managed a P&L and scaled revenue 
    • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with attention to detail
    • Sourced, on-boarded and managed content producers and agencies
    • You have a personal connection to health and wellness 
    • You are kind to people, get along well with others, have a positive attitude


    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Ability and desire to thrive in a fast paced-environment, showing strong leadership and bold execution
    • Fluency in unit economics 
    • Strong creative skills and basic understanding of Photoshop
    • Built and led successful and cohesive marketing team(s)
