    MedShr has an exciting opportunity for an all-around UX/UI designer who has experience leading a multi-platform product and services team with both interaction and visual design skills.

    In this role, you will be working closely with the CEO and senior team to own the vision, strategy and roadmap of the product. You’ll be applying design thinking to inform product strategy, and can communicate ideas, designs and plans effectively at all levels and across all platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the production, delivery time, and quality of product going out to our users across all platforms
    • Understand the technology behind the product to gain rapport with engineers, allow you to prioritize roadmap features and accurately estimate how long each feature should take to build
    • Identify and assess the validity and feasibility of product opportunities
    • Work closely with developers and QA to make sure sprints are completed and submitted on time
    • Develop, write requirements and lead the team through the product strategy and roadmap
    • Ability to collect, organize, priorities requirements and feedback from our users and internal team
    • Consider product developments from technical, functional, implementation and marketing view points
    • Understand your solution space, identity the direct and indirect competition
    • Work with the community and marketing team on product marketing plans
    • Generate user-insight through qualitative research tools and metrics analysis
    • Proposition development, concept design, prototyping and testing
    • Create process flows, site maps, wireframes and specifications for responsive web app and native apps (Android /iOS)

    Successful candidates will:

    • Proven leadership and management skills
    • An extensive user-centered and/or service design toolkit
    • Thorough knowledge of design principles and patterns on web, iOS and Android
    • Experience in UX/UI across product and multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Experience using ‘Lean UX’ tools and methodology
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision, Axure or other wire framing tools, along with their prototyping tools
    • Familiar with Native App, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities
    • Qualitative research, workshop moderation and user testing experience
    • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics as an integral part of the design process
    • Hands-on experience using analytics tools, such as Mixpanel, BigQuery, Google Analytics
    • Understanding or experience using Jira, Trello, and Testrail
    • Understanding of responsive design
