    About us

Pango is an EdTech product that is helping teachers around the world to save time and be more effective educators, improving outcomes for students as a result. Our SaaS platform streamlines teachers’ workflows, helping them to do their job faster and enhancing collaboration with their colleagues.  Spreadsheets and accounting software fundamentally changed finance departments – we want to bring that same radical change to the teaching profession.

We aim to be the go-to cloud based professional software for teachers – accountants use Xero, marketers use HubSpot, teachers will use Pango.

Over 50% of teacher time is spent outside the classroom.  Lesson planning is the single most time-consuming activity outside the classroom and is a crucial driver of lesson quality – this is where we focus.  Teacher efficacy is the greatest challenge facing education systems globally, and education is one of the last major industries to be disrupted by technology – we’re driven by putting both those things right.  Our ultimate ambition is to shift the distribution of lesson quality towards the top end of the spectrum and systemically improve educational outcomes as a result. At the macro level, better teachers mean better education systems, which is transformational for any country.

We are a 1 year old start-up – you will be the 4th member of the team.
