    We are looking for an experienced QA engineer to help develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality across web, iOS and Android.

    The successful candidate will be part of a young and rapidly expanding company that is changing how doctors share information.

    Job description:

    Your role will include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, reviewing system requirements and tracking quality assurance metrics.
    As QA engineer, you will play a key role in our product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out tests before product launches to ensure the application runs smoothly and meets the companies needs, while being cost-effective across all platforms (web, mobile web, iOS and Android).
    On a daily basis you will be helping to monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and helpful feedback
    • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
    • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
    • Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
    • Identify, record, document and track bugs
    • Perform extensive regression testing
    • Work closely with developers and product team members to identify system
    • requirements
    • Monitor debugging process results
    • Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
    • Develop and execute testing processes for existing and new features to meet the
    • products needs
    • Suggesting and implementing new testing tools and test strategies that can enhance
    • the product

    Requirements:

    • Experience in software development
    • Experience in software quality assurance
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
    • Experience in delivering clear, concise, comprehensive test plans and test cases
    • In depth experience with automated testing tools
    • Experience working in an Agile development process across multiple platforms
    • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience with open source automated web testing tools such as webdriver.io, Selenium, Windmill or Ranorex
    • Experience with Appium using a TestNG/Junit framework
    • Knows how to build a mobile automation framework from scratch
    • Knows how to integrate their automation tests into a Continuous Integration environment as part of a development pipeline
