    About the role:

    We’re searching for a Site Reliability Engineer to be responsible for the availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response, among other things, of the Monolith AI platform. Working alongside the CTO and other software engineers, you’ll play a role in the overall direction of the platform. 


    • Managing the infrastructure and deployment of our cloud platform on AWS
    • Managing the deployment of our platform on private cloud and on-prem instances
    • Ensuring the health and reliability of the platform
    • Scaling the platform safely to multi-server clusters

    Required skills:

    • Knowledge of code_aster
    • Mesh processing for parametric CAD models
    • Experience with batch processing of simulations (run 100 simulations in parallel)

    Required skills:

    • 2+ years’ experience with Linux system administration
    • Experience with Docker (we use Hashicorp Nomad/Consul, but experience with other tools such as Kubernetes is fine)
    • Experience with monitoring systems using tools such as Nagios, ELK
    • Knowledge and/or experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Good scripting ability with bash
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Comfortable working in a non-hierarchical team and knowing the boundaries of your own knowledge
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

    Desirable bonus skills:

    • Knowledge and experience with cybersecurity 
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (we use AWS CodeBuild, but Jenkins or similar also good)
    • A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative field
    • Contributions to open source projects
    • Passion for contributing to engineered products with AI to make a real impact
