Our platform gives entrepreneurs market access to multi-national corporates, and bespoke operational support from a big and brilliant team. This allows us to do things that don’t scale, tailoring a program to every startup that joins. Letting our startups tap into skills they need but can’t yet access.

    All of this is funded by our corporate partners, but their role is not simply cash. They bring the best bits of their businesses to our startups - validation, distribution, insight and capital.     We’re now searching for an entrepreneurial Growth Lead to support the growth of Founders Factory portfolio businesses.

    👤 The Role

    • Inform product concepts, commercial models and go-to-market strategies for the businesses we create.
    • Plan and execute growth marketing efforts across the portfolio.
    • Drive early stage customer acquisition through tactical execution of organic and paid channels.
    • Work closely with our Brand Lead to iterate on audience hypotheses, propositions and creatives.
    • Collaborate with product teams to optimise user experiences and conversion funnels. 
    • Design and implement multi-channel CRM and retention programmes.
    • Scope and implement best practice analytics for web and mobile products.
    • Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions. 
    • Work closely with founders participating in the accelerator - advising and supporting all facets of digital marketing and growth.
    • Participate in the screening and selection of investments together with our leadership team and corporate partners.

    🎯 Requirements

    • 5+ years experience in digital marketing. 
    • Hands-on experience with a range of tools and channels.
    • Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startups.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with founders, investors and product teams. 
    • Degree in business, marketing, economics or a related discipline.
