    The Role:

    Your role will be to spearhead all business development activities within large brands. You will also be responsible for setting up key partnerships to drive the business and product forward. Your day to day will never be the same. This will be a client facing role. Expect to be out the office a lot, the more meetings booked the more out and about. The key stakeholders will be C-Levels, HR leaders and L&D (Learning and Development) leaders. We will be helping with leads, but as an entrepreneurial self-starter, you will also be responsible for developing your own pipeline. You will be working alongside the CEO so you will get exposure to all aspects of the business. You will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle from start to close.

    You:

    - You will be an entrepreneurial self starter
    - At least 2 years proven sales experience
    - Ideally having gained some experience in SaaS / Software sales. 
    - Keen to work for a start-up and fast growing exciting firm
    - An outstanding communicator, with great written skills
    - Consultative seller, calm on the phone and in meetings, and strong ability to form relationships and trust.
    - Ambitious and keen to learn new skills
    - Target driven and money hungry
    - A personality! We are a fun bunch and looking for like minded people.

    Nice to have:

    - Experience selling to corporate clients
    - Experience in selling or working in L&D and/or HR
    - Strategic thinker

    This is your rare chance to contribute across the full business spectrum. Working at Guider will no doubt accelerate your career, from learning new skills, excellent sales experience and job title. You’ll be aiming to become Head of Sales in 18 months, managing a sales team in 12 month, and leading junior staff in 6 months. And lastly getting unparalleled exposure to all aspects of the business by working closely with the CEO and the CTO.

    We are based in the Founders Factory Offices with 12 months of business and financial support and access to an unparalleled network of leading corporate partners and investors. We have a modern, tech-focused and importantly fun culture in an open plan office (with quiet working spaces for breakout and brainstorming) but also a beer fridge and ping pong table - all shared with many of the UK’s brightest minds and most exciting businesses.
