    So what is Ruley?

    The fashion industry is broken, and we aim to transform it for the future by democratising the way fashion is produced.  We enable individuals to design, manufacture, and sell their own sustainable fashion lines. We’re hard at work building a platform that will provide influencers (or any individual with an audience) access to all of the resources available to big brands, including access to suppliers, a community, and expert insight.

    We believe that fast fashion is damaging to both the environment and to the people who work in the supply chain.  We believe that buying fewer, higher quality items is a more sustainable consumer philosophy. And we believe that by working together with end consumer through product development we can create products that people want to buy - and will value for the long term.


    • Managing social media, paid performance marketing and inbound marketing
    • Helping monitor & improve performance of all marketing channels, including but not limited to Instagram and email newsletters
    • Planning and developing marketing collateral for our social channels, email newsletters, and e-commerce platform
    • Maintaining brand and channel standards with stellar attention to detail
    • Tracking best practices, monitoring industry trends, and making recommendations on building the internal paid and unpaid marketing stack and toolkit
    • Coordinating campaigns with partners, media and influencers
    • Continuous optimisation of campaigns and conversions


    • Experience in brand building and product marketing at a tactical level 
    • Previous experience working in a marketing consultancy/agency or startup environment (both would be preferred)
    • Excellent copywriting skills and a fresh and compelling written voice
    • A sharp eye for visual design (i.e. the ability to compile a visually stunning Instagram feed)
    • Demonstrate critical thinking needed to create content and marketing materials that appeal to our audience
    • Highly developed analytical skills
    • Motivated, organised and ability to think both analytically and creatively
    • A passion for early stage tech startups
