Being a landlord has never been tougher, with tax hikes and changing property laws squeezing them on all sides. Hammock will ease their pain by combining the tools of property management software, with the financial services of a bank, to provide a one-stop-shop for all their property needs.

While Hammock has a functioning initial product, this is a critical role for the business as it will help plot the course for the future of technology and infrastructure for this ambitious startup and help fully develop the final product. As Senior Engineer you will set and execute a clear technical vision for the business.  You will balance short term deliverables against long term goals and be ready to develop the infrastructure and product yourself, identifying where further support is required.

Hammock is backed by Founders Factory, a leading incubator in London.  Founders Factory provides the ideal base to build the foundations for a rapidly scaling startup, with an engineering and data science community, a rigorous approach to product development and access to corporate partners for testing and rolling out products. We are seeking a Senior Engineer to play a pivotal role in defining and building Hammock. Working alongside Hammock’s experienced CEO/CTO, Head of Commercial and Head of Product, you will be surrounded and supported by some of the brightest minds in tech, including the Factory's in-house CTO and Chief Scientific Officer.
