What did you do before the factory?
I have spent the last four years exploring different ways for how entrepreunership can solve complex problems. I launched and scaled my own social enterprise in Canada, The Forward Movement, earned an MSc in Social Innovation & Entreprunership from the LSE and have worked supporting the growth of a variety of startups while working on the incubator programs at VentureLAB, The Centre for Social Innovation, and The Bakery.
What do you do at the factory?
As the venture associate for the travel and media sectors, I am responsible for identifying the most promising founders, analysing their propostions, and onboarding them to our investment programs with easyJet and The Guardian Media Group. I also work with our existing portfolio companies to help them raise further smart captial from our broader investment network.
