Gig economy platform, Shepper, refers to Aviva as being "critical" in helping them grow, particularly through investing a total of £4 million across their Series A round in 2018, and a more recent fundraising round of £6 million. They also gained a new CEO via Aviva —Lindsay Forster, having previously sat on their board as part of the partnership.

We're looking for founders with a product in market and early traction, typically at pre-seed to seed-stage in funding. If you are at that stage and are ready to leverage our network and expert team, now's the right time.
We provide six months of support across strategy, ops, bizdev, product, design, tech, growth, PR, brand, fundraising and talent. We're not afraid to roll up our sleeves in the short term while you build your team, if it means you'll move forward, faster.
You'll also have access to our global network of corporate partners, brands, investors and fellow founders from day one.
If you join our FinTech accelerator, we'll build you a 6-month bespoke program, invest £50k in capital for 3%-7% equity, depending on your startup’s current valuation.
When it comes to product, we believe that short term development resource is unsustainable. We'll work with you on your architecture, will help you review code, and will coach your team to deliver a better product. All of which will give you learnings you can take with you after the program.
While formal meetings will pause, you'll continue to leverage our global alumni network and knowledge. The Founders Factory network extends across 100+ corporates, investors across different stages, geographies and sectors, and a strong community of fellow founders.
