The problem

As enterprises rapidly deploy chatbots and GenAI assistants across customer service, operations, and internal tools, they face a critical blind spot. Unlike traditional web or mobile apps, where behaviour can be tracked through clicks and page views, conversational interfaces are largely opaque. Most companies have little understanding of how users actually interact with their AI systems. In fact, the vast majority don’t even know the most common questions being asked, and rely on limited or unreliable feedback mechanisms.

Feedback rates are vanishingly low, with fewer than 1% of users typically leaving thumbs-up or thumbs-down ratings. Meanwhile, traditional analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Pendo are built for clickstream data and struggle to capture the nuance of natural language interactions. As a result, companies lack any meaningful insight into user intent, sentiment, or satisfaction. They can’t reliably distinguish between successful conversations and frustrating dead ends, which makes optimising AI performance extremely difficult. For organisations investing heavily in GenAI, this lack of visibility represents a significant gap between ambition and execution.

Francesco Signorato (CEO)

Francesco (left) combines world-class AI expertise with hands-on product leadership. A former researcher at MIT, Francesco spent his career at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence, applying AI to fluid motion. Later, he led an AI team at IBM Group (2022), building production-grade models for global banking and financials, reporting directly to senior leadership. Francesco’s blend of deep technical knowledge and strategic vision makes him the driving force behind Nebuly’s mission to bring real intelligence to conversational AI.

Diego Fiori (CTO)

Diego (centre) is the engineering mind behind Nebuly’s platform. Founding team member at Giotto.ai, a Swiss AGI lab, where he spent 4 years building the core AI models powering the company's breakthroughs in healthcare and other regulated industries- overseeing the entire AI pipeline end-to-end. His expertise allows Nebuly to analyse complex conversational data at scale while meeting the highest standards of enterprise security and compliance.

Julien Roux (CRO)

Julien Roux (right) brings over a decade of experience in private equity, revenue strategy, and partnerships to Nebuly. Before joining, he was a senior investor at Exor’s $2B hedge fund, where he led $400M+ in high-conviction tech and energy investments, delivering 24.7% annualised returns with no down years. An engineer by training, Julien combines deep analytical rigour with commercial instinct — now leading Nebuly’s go-to-market strategy, enterprise partnerships, and growth across industries.
