You'll join our studio team and spend up to 6-months validating your idea and building the product alongside a team of functional experts across product, design, talent, data science, engineering and growth.
Capital to launch and scale
If you've proven the concept, we'll invest £150k to help you launch. We will also help you hire top talent to take you to the next stage.
Once you've launched, and incorporated as a standalone business, you'll join our award-winning Accelerator Program.

Acre, born in our studio, have raised a total of £7 million to date, from Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG) and Aviva Ventures. Acre was also selected by PMS, the UK’s leading mortgage club and part of Sesame Bankhall Group, to be a preferred technology partner for directly authorised advisers. More than 6,000 mortgage advisers placing business through PMS can have free access to Acre’s platform.

Typically, a venture studio turns ideas that are sourced and vetted within the organisation, into venture-backable businesses - hiring a CEO and founding team when the time is right. At Founders Factory, we believe some of the best ideas come from entrepreneurs and real-life experiences, so we have two paths to founding a business with us:

We're looking for ambitious entrepreneurs who want to use technology to make a big impact. If you have an idea but haven't yet built the product or MVP, now's the right time.
If you don't have an existing idea, take a look at our careers page to run a concept we're already working on. If you already have a product in market and early traction, take a look at our startup accelerator.
Each new venture will be supported by a studio team . Our skill sets include product, design, talent, data science, engineering and growth.
You will also receive capital to build your product, plus £150k to help you launch and a 6-month accelerator program.
Until the business is incorporated, we'll give you an employment contract with Founders Factory.
They don't. If a partnership forms with one of our corporate partners, it will be governed by the usual pilot or contract agreements between you and them all of which we can help with.
