Reduction in CAC

Reduced blended CAC from £15 to £3, and paid from £21 to £5 - with a 4x ROAS and LTV/CAC ratio of 13:1.


Conversion rate

UX journey and digital marketing improvements increased web conversion rates to 4%.


Paid:Organic Split

Reduced reliance on paid channels by leveraging organic social and referral, whilst increasing revenue by 20% MoM. Previous organic:paid split was 90:10.
